Pret-a-manger are designing and building a number of new digital services as part of their digital transformation work. In fact, Pret has just launched a new Click & Collect service which is being trialled at a number of Manchester shops, including the one on campus.
We’re looking for participants to help us test the new offering and I thought this may be of interest to some of the current crop of students. I can see a number of benefits for the students:
- Opportunity to see what real world research looks like in practice (in case they wish to apply their Psychology in a design related field in the future)
- They’ll receive a £25 Amazon voucher for taking part
- They’ll be one of the first to try Pret’s online ordering via the new website or recently launched mobile app.
We’re looking to carry out our research over the next 2 weeks or so, at a high level, participants would need to:
- Order food and drink from Pret using the website or app
- Collect their order from a participating Pret shop on the same day (including the Pret on campus)
- Attend a short 20 minute interview with one of our researchers to provide feedback on the experience and help us understand how we can make it better.
