Location, opening times and contacts
The Computer Science Library is located at the Student Support Office.
Its services are available exclusively to current students and staff of the School of Computer Science.
To borrow items from the Computer Science Library please come to the Student Support Office during office hours Mondays - Fridays. (Please note that requests for some items, including MSc dissertations, must be made in advance.)

Computer Science Library resources
- Course Unit Reading Lists
The Computer Science Library has multiple paper copies of all of the books which currently appear on the School's reading lists (for COMP units only).   A collection of Computer Science books for background reading is also available.

- Undergraduate 3rd Year Project Reports
Electronic format only.
Academic year 2015-16: all full-text reports are available online.
Academic year 2016-17: all full-text reports and accompanying screencasts are available online.
Academic year 2017-18: all full-text reports are available online.
- Theses / Dissertations
Computer Science PhD / MEnt / MPhil / MRes theses: a very limited collection of paper copies is available through the School Library, plus electronic versions of some abstracts are available online.
Computer Science MSc dissertations:
Academic years 2007-08 through to 2014-15 inclusive: a full set of paper copies is available through the School Library; their electronic abstracts and a small number of selected electronic full-text versions are available online.
Academic year 2015-16 onwards: electronic format only . All abstracts and some selected electronic full-text versions are available online.
Requests to borrow paper copies (where available) of theses / dissertations must be made at least one working day in advance. When requesting any thesis / dissertation, please provide full details of the author, title, and year of publication.
